Wokpa wanted to make their platform better and add new features, so I decided to really understand the people who would use it. I spent time talking to podcasters, listeners, and brands. I wanted to know what they liked, what they didn’t, and what they really needed from a podcast platform. I used interviews and surveys to get this information.

With all the information I gathered, I created detailed profiles for each group. These profiles helped me see exactly what each group was looking for. They showed me how different each user's needs were, from the podcasters creating content to the listeners enjoying it, and the brands looking to connect with audiences.

Using these profiles, I redesigned Wokpa's platform to make it more user-friendly for everyone. I made sure it was flexible, so it could be customized for podcasters, listeners, and brands. This way, each group could use the platform in a way that worked best for them. Now, Wokpa is not just a website; it’s a place where African podcasting can grow, where voices are heard, and where podcasters and brands can succeed.
